BURFI:
Take 1 Kg Yojak Mango Mava, mix 250 gms khava and 900 gms sugar and mix
it well. Then prepare the burfi as usual.

BASUNDI:
Boil 1 lit. milk, mix 100 gms sugar, then add 200 gms Yojak-mava, make
it a whole product with the help of mixer. Mango-basundi is ready!
Yojak Alfanso Mango Mava is quite fit and useful for preparing mango vadi, mango mava, burfi. It can also be used as sweet dish to eat.

VADI:
Mix 750 gms of strong treacle in 1 Kg Yojak Mango Pulp (Mava). Place the
mixture on a flat surface. When dried cut it into size of cakes. Mango
vadi is ready!
